What it is

A U-shaped electric pulse massager that hooks over the back of your neck. Two stainless steel pads rest on the muscle either side and send a low-frequency pulse through it — the muscle contracts and releases on its own. Two extra adhesive pads on a cable reach your shoulders, lower back, stomach or legs.

Not for use with a pacemaker, defibrillator or any implanted electronic device, during pregnancy, with epilepsy, a heart condition or a history of thrombosis, on broken or irritated skin, or by children. Never while driving, in the bath or shower, or while falling asleep.

Built for a desk-day neck

Every part has a job.

Nothing here is decoration. Here is what each piece is actually for — and what it feels like.

Two stainless steel pads
01

Two stainless steel pads

They sit flat on the muscle either side of your neck and warm up as they work — which is what makes the muscle willing to let go.

8 modes, 16 levels
02

8 modes, 16 levels

Kneading, tapping, acupuncture, scraping and more. If one mode annoys you, switch — they genuinely feel different, not like variations of the same buzz.

Two extra wired pads

Two extra wired pads

They run on a cable and reach your shoulders, lower back, stomach or legs. Peel, place, and the pulse follows.

Where the pads sit

Two on the neck. Two wherever you need them.

Back view: the neck unit and two wired pads in place

1 Sides of the neck

The two stainless steel pads rest on the muscle either side of your neck — never on the spine itself.

2 The control panel

Mode and intensity sit at the back of the unit, where your fingers find them without looking.

3 Between the shoulder blades

The two adhesive pads run on a cable. Start them on the upper back, either side of the spine.

4 Lower back, stomach or legs

Peel them off and move them wherever the tension is. Never across the chest or over the heart.

How to use it

Damp skin. Pads on the muscle. One level at a time.

Setup takes under a minute. The step people skip is the first one — and it decides whether it feels like a massage or a sharp prick.

Wipe the back of your neckPads on the muscle, not the spineStart at level 1, then one at a time
Step 1 / 3

Wipe the back of your neck

Use a damp cloth. The pulse needs slightly moist skin to travel — on dry skin you will feel a sharp prick instead of a massage.

Easy to order. Easy to start.

Read this before you buy

It sends electricity through your body. Here is the honest version.

No. If you have a pacemaker, defibrillator or any implanted electronic device, do not use it. This one is absolute.

Do not use it if you have metal implants, plates or screws in your neck or spine; if you are pregnant; if you have epilepsy, a heart condition or a history of thrombosis; if the skin there is broken, irritated or numb; or if it is for a child.

Your skin is too dry. Wipe the back of your neck with a damp cloth — the pulse needs slightly moist skin to travel. On dry skin it pricks instead of massaging.

It should not. It starts as a tingle, becomes a tapping and, as you turn it up, a deep twitch. Start at level 1 and raise it one level at a time. If you feel dizzy or your heart rate changes, take it off.

Fifteen minutes per session. Twice a day is plenty.

No. Never while driving, in the bath or shower, or while falling asleep.

Two AAA batteries, included in the box. Nothing to charge and nothing to plug in.

Use it for a month. If your neck does not feel looser at the end of a working day, write to us and we will make it right.

30 day promise

Wear it for a month. Your neck decides.

Fifteen minutes at the end of every workday, for thirty days. If your neck does not feel looser, write to us and we will make it right.
